Job summary

ASG in the United States is seeking a senior AI solutions architect to partner with OpCo executives and technical leaders to diagnose business problems and identify high-value AI opportunities. You will shape strategy and translate ambiguity into concrete plans that drive measurable impact.

You will architect, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agentic systems from discovery to production, ensuring scalable, reliable delivery.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Customer-facing experience and ability to translate ambiguity into an executable plan.

• Target salary range $200,000–$225,000 plus annual bonus and incentive pay.
