Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking an Agentic Operations Engineer in the United States to embed within a business unit, identifying high-leverage problems and building AI-based solutions on the agentic operating system. You will document knowledge for AI agents and new hires, and drive adoption through live demos in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of software development and 3+ years of operational experience, plus a master's in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

• Proven personal experience transforming a process, department, or product with measurable before-and-after results.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and agents in production or business contexts.
• 1–3 years of software development or programming experience.
• 3+ years of operational experience with improving business processes and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience operating across business, technology, and people disciplines.
• Track record of shipping early-stage functional solutions and iterating based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Identify the highest-leverage business problems within an assigned business unit (P&L lines, bottlenecks, customer pain points).
• Build and ship working AI solutions on the agentic operating system against those problems, prototyping fast.
• Encode BU domain knowledge into structured skills and context files for AI agents or new hires.
• Drive adoption by demonstrations—evangelizing working demos to stakeholders.
• Publish results and adjust positions based on evidence (data, usage, logs).
• Operate with resilience under resistance while maintaining momentum.
