Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Physical Science or IT-related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience delivering measurable results in a large organization.
• Hands-on fluency with current generative AI tools and the judgment to know where they help and where they don't.

Responsibilities

• Embed AI tools into EO members' daily workflows and create agents to boost personal effectiveness.
• Translate leaders' needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Build trust with confidential executive-level information and coach leaders to improve fluency.
• Lead development and execution of company-wide AI training programs at scale.
