Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. in Naples, FL, invites a strategic Corporate Director of Artificial Intelligence Enablement to accelerate AI adoption at the executive level and embed AI fluency across the organization.

You will act as a trusted advisor to the eight members of AMETEK's Executive Office, delivering practical, AI-powered solutions and leading governance discussions. As a hands-on leader, you will design scalable training, translate leaders' needs into deployment-ready tools, and mentor senior teams

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Physical Science or IT related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a large organization.
• Demonstrated hands-on fluency with current generative AI tools.
• Strong business acumen and credibility to advise senior executives.
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence to coach senior leaders.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward building working prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Executive Support (≈50%): One-on-one with EO members to embed AI tools in workflows and build agents.
• AI Training (≈35%): Design curricula and pathways for varying AI maturity levels and scale training.
• AI Governance (≈15%): Member of AI Governance Committee; shape policy on use, security and risk.
