Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a DVP of Artificial Intelligence to drive AI adoption across the Aerospace & Power Group. The role requires setting a strategic AI direction and hands-on execution with proofs‑of‑concepts and pilots, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery.

The leader will configure AI platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio) and ensure alignment with corporate architecture, delivering measurable outcomes and enterprise‑grade governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI initiatives in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms, tools, and use cases.
• Ability to translate business problems into working AI prototypes and production solutions.
• Experience liaising across divisional and corporate IT functions, with governance knowledge.

• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and translate them into actionable opportunities.
