Job summary

Pfizer is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled digital solutions across the site. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to advance data readiness, digital process improvements, and AI governance while guiding technology adoption at scale.

The role emphasizes Hands-on delivery and strategic advisory work, with a hybrid work location in the United States and a base salary of $99,200 to $165,400 plus a 12.5% bonus target and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/DS/Engineering with 4+ years experience OR Master’s with 2+ years, OR PhD with 0 years.
• Experience in AI/ML solution development, data engineering, or digital solutions delivery.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and orchestration frameworks for agentic workflows.
• Experience designing tool-augmented agents and memory/planning/execution loops.
• Proficiency with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval systems.
• Experience applying prompt engineering and guardrails to production AI systems.
• Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Strong data quality assessment skills.
• SQL or equivalent for querying data from source systems.
• Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, EAMS, quality systems.
• Ability to translate tech into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort across strategic advisory and hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• AI solution development addressing business needs, incl. RAG and generative AI use cases.
• Assess data availability and quality for AI applications; collaborate with data owners.
• Identify opportunities to digitize workflows; support CI initiatives.
• Advise site leadership on AI roadmaps and investments.
• Guide project intake, feasibility, and governance processes.
• Deliver awareness sessions and training to build AI capability.
• Ensure governance, security, and responsible-AI compliance.
• Monitor industry trends and evaluate new tools for site adoption.
