Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a senior leader to shape the vision and execution of AI-powered analytics for US Medical Affairs. You will own the data portfolio, build in-house AI/ML solutions, and establish scalable data governance and architecture.

The role interacts with senior leadership to translate capability into competitive advantage. You will partner with external innovators, define strategic priorities, and guide resource allocation for AI investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PharmD/PhD preferred.
10+ years in data & analytics, with medical affairs experience.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and translating data strategy into business outcomes.
Strong English written and verbal communication; ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

Define an ambitious data/AI strategy for Medical Affairs and engage executives.
Partner with external innovators and vendors to identify capabilities in AI and data platforms.
Prioritize AI/data investments and guide capability roadmaps and resources.
Scout trends in AI, patient analytics, segmentation, and HCP network analysis.
Architect patient journey analytics and stakeholder evaluation systems at scale.
Lead analytics delivery and translate business needs into data science roadmaps.
Present capabilities and recommendations to senior leadership with clear business impact.
Ensure data governance, security, and ethics standards across programs.
