Ideal candidates have 2+ years coaching or training AI tools, strong communication, and the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences in virtual sessions. Remote/NA sessions offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years coaching/training AI tools.
• Experience using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze business challenges and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to work remotely and in virtual sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging demonstrations showcasing Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to align with business outcomes.
• Provide hands-on coaching and training sessions for daily workflows.
• Share best practices and use advanced case examples to drive adoption.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI tool usage to meet business needs.
• Partner with teams to map workflows and build AI-enabled processes.
• Support hands-on build sessions: mapping workflows, configuring AI assistants and data connections, applying responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini apps.
• Participate in dry runs and client orientation to align goals.
• Support learners during live, instructor-led sessions with real-time help.
• Work within a structured curriculum with facilitators.
• Stay up to date with latest AI capabilities and models.
