Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client relationships as their day-to-day AI expert.
• Run discovery and workflow mapping, shaping each client's 80/20 roadmap.
• Pair-program real automations with client teams in your discipline.
• Work alongside our engineers to translate client needs into builds.
• Represent NWAI in executive rooms with plain language, no consultant-speak.
