Job summary

ASU Enterprise Partners seeks a Specialist, AI Enablement to advance the organization's AI adoption responsibly and practically. The role connects business stakeholders with Data Governance, central ASU partners and technical teams to translate AI capabilities into value-driven solutions.

You will drive AI tool stewardship, develop enablement materials, and support governance alignment while partnering across units to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Experience translating business needs into actionable AI use cases with stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and change enablement skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into AI use cases and partner with technical teams.
• Design and deliver organization-wide AI training and enablement materials.
• Serve as liaison between governance, security and business stakeholders on AI use policies.
• Provide Level 1–2 support for AI-related requests and improve self-service workflows.
• Develop communications and highlight AI innovation within ASU Enterprise Partners.
