Job summary

GuideWell's Transformation Office seeks a Senior Director, AI Enablement to identify, build, and scale AI and automation solutions across the enterprise. You will lead both the AIM and Automate functions, shaping strategy, governance, and adoption to deliver measurable value.

You will build training and delivery capacity, align AI initiatives with business priorities, and drive adoption metrics in the enterprise transformation scorecard.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of AI/ML enablement, intelligent automation, RPA, or digital transformation with enterprise-scale delivery experience.
• Experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or AI/data roles with progressively senior scope.
• 5+ years of direct supervisory/management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Track record owning full lifecycle of AI initiatives from strategy to value realization.
• Experience building or scaling an AI portfolio with prioritization and ROI methodology.
• Proven people leadership for technical/analytical teams (data scientists, AI product owners, analysts).
• Experience creating intake, prioritization, and delivery pipelines for AI/automation in large organizations.
• Working knowledge of responsible-AI practices and ability to translate AI concepts for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads AI enablement and automation delivery across the enterprise to drive measurable value.
• Owns AI adoption metrics and enterprise transformation scorecard alongside governance leaders.
• Establishes governance processes for AI enablement opportunities with business cases and success measures.
• Represents AI enablement in steering committees and aligns priorities with enterprise strategy.
