Job summary

Florida Blue is seeking a Senior Director of AI Enablement to drive the enterprise AI and automation strategy, aligning AIM and Automate to deliver measurable adoption and value. You will partner with TO leaders and executive sponsors to set the operating model, staffing, and enablement programs.

This role reports to the VP of Transformation and Performance and shapes the AI adoption metrics feeding the transformation scorecard.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI/automation initiatives at enterprise scale.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI/automation use cases with measurable value.
• Experience building or scaling an AI portfolio with prioritization and ROI.
• Experience owning end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from strategy to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead Automate: build and scale enterprise process automation and intelligent automation capability.
• Lead AIM: manage AI use-case intake, prioritization, and enablement across the business.
• Own AI adoption metrics within enterprise transformation scorecard.
• Establish and govern AI enablement opportunities with business cases and value hypotheses.
• Represent AI enablement in steering committees and leadership forums.
