Job summary

Florida Blue Group, part of GuideWell, seeks a Senior Director, AI Enablement, to lead enterprise AI and automation capabilities across AIM and Automate functions. You will shape strategy, govern programs, and build the capacity, tooling, and leadership needed to adopt AI-driven transformation at scale.

Reporting to the VP of Transformation, you will partner with executives to set adoption metrics, steer investment, and advance responsible-AI practices while delivering measurable value and ROI

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI/automation or digital transformation with enterprise-scale delivery.
• 5+ years in direct supervision of teams.
• Experience owning full AI initiative lifecycle from strategy to value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement and intake, prioritization, and governance.
• Own AI adoption metrics and enterprise scorecard resonance.
• Build leadership bench strength across AIM and Automate teams.
• Collaborate with executives to align AI initiatives with enterprise strategy.
