You will build company-wide AI capability programs, scale practical learning labs, and turn functional teams into AI power users and internal champions. Join a fast-growth security leader driving AI-native workforce enablement.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on daily proficiency with modern generative AI tools to build enablement solutions.
• 5+ years in enablement, talent development, or instructional design with AI focus.
• Experience creating bite-sized assets integrated into daily workflows.
• Proven ability to run engaging, interactive workshops for diverse audiences.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders to drive capability-building initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Design and scale AI-enabled learning initiatives across the company.
• Lead hands-on learning labs and live tool walkthroughs for multiple teams.
• Own enablement charter for People & Culture and develop internal AI champions.
• Build network of AI champions to crowdsource real-world use cases.
• Develop measurement frameworks linking enablement to business impact, security, and ethics.
