Qualifikationen

• Foundation in AI/ML concepts and applying AI-driven solutions within engineering domains.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Rust with async frameworks such as Tokio or async-std.
• Design and implement scalable, observable distributed systems.
• Strong Linux internals knowledge, networking, containers, and CI/CD workflows.

Aufgaben

• Architect, develop, and optimize a low-latency, high-throughput AI Security plane using Rust and async I/O.
• Build resilient, distributed, scalable systems with robust messaging and concurrency.
• Implement and maintain gRPC services to integrate with orchestration infrastructure.
• Profile and optimize performance across kernel-space and user-space components for large models.
• Lead cross-functional projects, define technical roadmaps, and drive execution.
