Zscaler is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer, People & Culture to lead our transition to an AI-native HR function in a hybrid role across Bellevue, WA or Santa Clara, CA offices. You’ll encode expert practitioner judgment into safe, governed agents that augment human work in compensation, recruitment, and people operations.

Collaborating with the AI Center of Excellence and Forward Deployed Engineering, you will tackle complex integrations, establish governance standards, and drive adoption

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building AI agents or automations that changed real work.
Ability to design agent architectures and evaluate outputs at system level.
History of enabling others through training, enablement, or sustained co-working.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and improve high-risk AI agents from prototype to governance.
Collaborate with compensation analysts and recruiters to build domain-specific agents.
Redesign workflows to fix fundamental process issues, not just automate.
Act as a product owner, monitor adoption and guide stakeholders to buy-in.
Partner with AI Center of Excellence to solve integration challenges and governance.
