Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services seeks an Academy Leader to build and manage Cirrascale Academy, driving curriculum, certification gates, and three motion-specific tracks (AI CSP, Public Sector, Enterprise). You will coach, certify, and develop reps while partnering with RevOps to optimize funnel metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue roles, including quota-carrying experience.
• 2+ years building or running enablement, onboarding, or sales development programs.
• Demonstrated curriculum and assessment design skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and run Cirrascale Academy with charter-to-live program.
• Develop technical credibility across pipeline teams and messaging.
• Coach and certify reps; deliver performance reviews for direct reports.
• Own program outcomes: time-to-meet, ramp, and conversion metrics.
