Job summary

Cirrascale Cloud Services seeks an Academy Leader to build Cirrascale Academy, oversee SDR/TSR/BDR/Associate talent, and certify reps using a written rubric. You will design curriculum, recruit faculty, and drive three motion-specific tracks.

You will report to the VP of Sales, manage performance, and partner with Marketing and Solutions Engineering to deliver field-ready messaging and programs that scale with the company’s growth.

Cirrascale Cloud Services provides high-performance cloud infrastructure purpose-built for deep learning, generative AI, and large-scale AI inference workloads. POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will serve as the Academy Leader of our pipeline generation teams across three go-to-market motions: AI CSP, Public Sector, and Enterprise. You will manage the SDR, TSR, BDR and Associate level talent. As Dean of Cirrascale Academy, you will build the curriculum, teach key sessions yourself, and certify every rep against a written rubric.

For your direct reports, you will own full performance management — coaching, certification, development, and reviews.

This is a build-from-scratch opportunity. There is no pre-written curriculum or established calendar — there is a charter, executive commitment, and the mandate to create the talent engine this company relies on to grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and run Cirrascale Academy

• Take the Academy from charter to live program: cohort calendar, session content, facilitator guides, and the Academy playbook of record
• Own the four certification gates, each with a written rubric, named assessor, pass threshold, and remediation path
• Build a shared core curriculum and branch it into three motion-specific tracks (AI CSP, Public Sector, Enterprise)
• Recruit, train and develop faculty from all three benches, and work with their managers to ensure teaching hours are honored

Develop technical credibility across pipeline teams

• Translate GPU and accelerator infrastructure into field-ready language: bare metal vs. managed, training vs. fine-tuning vs. inference, interconnect, storage throughput, cluster sizing, and total cost of ownership against hyperscalers
• Build and maintain the competitive section of the playbook against hyperscalers and specialty AI clouds
• Partner with Marketing and Solutions Engineering to deliver field-ready messaging within two weeks of every launch, accelerator release, and partner program

Coach and develop reps

• Run weekly live call blocks, message review sessions, objection labs, and recorded call reviews with scorecards
• Maintain a published office hours schedule and serve as a hands-on resource for reps ahead of critical calls
• Coach, certify, develop, and deliver performance reviews for direct reports; influence the development of the TSR and BDR benches in partnership with their managers
• Partner with RevOps to instrument the funnel, measure which sessions drive results, and continuously refine the program

Own program outcomes

• Time to first qualified meeting and time to full ramp, cohort over cohort
• Certification pass rates, time in gate, and remediation outcomes
• Meeting-to-opportunity conversion and opportunity quality as scored by the Account Executive bench
• New hire retention through promotion to Account Executive

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in revenue roles, including quota-carrying experience
• 2+ years building or running enablement, onboarding, or sales development programs, with tangible examples of programs you built
• Strong comfort with technical infrastructure concepts; able to explain topics such as bare metal vs. managed clusters without a script
• A genuine teaching instinct and passion for developing others
• Demonstrated curriculum and assessment design skills, including rubrics that produce consistent scoring across assessors
• Proven ability to lead with and without formal authority across direct and dotted-line teams
• Working fluency in a modern pipeline stack: CRM, sequencer, conversation intelligence, and data providers

Preferred:

• Experience selling, marketing, or enabling in AI infrastructure, HPC, data center, or cloud; conversant in GPUs, interconnect, and inference economics
• Experience applying AI tooling to enablement itself, such as call analysis at scale, AI practice tools, or automated scorecards
• Track record of building an enablement program from the ground up
• Public sector, research, or higher education selling experience; familiarity with public sector procurement dynamics

Compensation and Benefits

We are committed to supporting the people who help us grow. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, performance bonuses and stock option opportunities.

The base salary range for the Academy Leader is $140,000 to $185,000. This pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job for the location for which it has been posted. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
