Job summary

Basis builds AI-enabled accounting assistants and is expanding its Academy to train professionals across Preparers, Reviewers, and Managers in CAS, Tax, Audit, and Advisory. The role focuses on strategy, content operations, and credentialing to deliver outcomes that scale with product releases.

You will lead a lean team, create role-based paths, and drive adoption through live workshops and on-demand courses, ultimately enabling industry professionals to work more efficiently with AI agents.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building or scaling a customer education or technical enablement program at a modern SaaS or AI company
• Experience running content operations to produce high-quality content efficiently and keep it current in a fast-moving product environment
• Proven ability to evolve a program from live-training-only to a hybrid model of self-paced digital learning and live workshops

Responsibilities

• Own the Academy as a product: strategy, roadmap, content operations, and outcomes
• Build best-in-class digital learning experiences: role-based paths for Preparers, Reviewers, and Managers across CAS, Tax, Audit, and Advisory
• Design the Basis Certified credential ladder: define expertise levels and build a meaningful certification
• Build for scale: convert high-touch training into scalable, on-demand courses and simulations
• Drive CPE accreditation: work toward making Basis courses eligible for Continuing Professional Education credits
• Build the content operations machine: produce high-quality learning content efficiently and keep it current with product releases
• Hire and lead a lean, high-output team (instructional designers, content producers, live session facilitators)
• Instrument the program end-to-end: connect learning data to product adoption, retention, and business outcomes
