RWM & Company is seeking an Advisory & Tax Client Manager to serve a portfolio of small business owners and high-net-worth individuals, delivering Tax Advisory Services and CAAS. You will use AI tools to enhance client service, supervise junior staff, and lead client-facing meetings.

Role splits between hands-on production and portfolio leadership, with opportunities to shape AI-enabled tax workflows and drive high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Experience delivering Tax Advisory Services and CAAS.
• Proficiency with accounting software and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of small business and high-net-worth clients.
• Lead client meetings for tax planning and accounting strategy.
• Prepare and review complex returns and financial statements.
• Help build AI-enabled tax and advisory workflows.
• Coach and develop junior staff and ensure quality reviews.
