Moneta seeks an experienced AI Advisor to translate real-world advisory work into scalable, AI-enabled workflows that boost advisor productivity and enhance client experience. You will bridge Advisory Teams with Tech, Data, and Enterprise Services to design, test, and deploy practical AI capabilities in day-to-day advisory operations.

Qualifications

Job description

Translate real-world advisor experience into scalable AI-enabled workflows and solutions that improve advisor productivity, enhance the client experience, and increase the capacity of Moneta's advisory teams.

The AI Advisor will serve as the bridge between Advisory Teams, Enterprise Services, Technology, Data, and AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are designed around how advisors actually work.

• Meet with advisors and service teams to document how work is performed today and identify manual, repetitive, or time-consuming processes.
• Map advisor workflows end-to-end and identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary steps.
• Prioritize workflow improvement opportunities based on advisor time saved, client impact, scalability, risk, and implementation complexity.
• Design and implement AI-supported workflows for:
  • Client communications and reporting, meeting preparation, meeting notes/follow-up,
  • Financial planning preparation and client onboarding,
  • CRM documentation and updates,
  • Portfolio and investment information and research/information retrieval
  • Prospect preparation, business development, service requests, and task management,
  • Compliance and documentation processes.
• Translate advisor needs into clear requirements for Technology, Data, and Enterprise Services teams.
• Participate in the design and testing of new AI capabilities, including testing in real-world advisory scenarios prior to broader deployment.
• Provide feedback on whether new technology improves the advisor and client experience.
• Develop reusable prompts, workflows, agents, templates, and automation tools for use across advisory teams.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing advisor technology rather than creating additional standalone tools.
• Deliver hands-on training and coaching to advisors on practical AI use cases.
• Identify early adopters and convert successful team-level solutions into scalable, firm-wide capabilities.
• Share AI best practices and success stories across the firm.
• Establish and track measurable outcomes for AI initiatives, including advisor hours saved, adoption and utilization rates, and improvements to client service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth advisor, relationship manager, financial planner, or senior member of an advisory team.
• Strong understanding of the day-to-day workflows involved in serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Experience with CRM, financial planning, portfolio management, reporting, and advisor technology platforms.
• Experience adopting and working effectively with artificial intelligence, automation, data, and emerging technology.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with advisors, technology professionals, operations teams, and senior leadership.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical applications that advisors of varying levels of experience can understand and use.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
