Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Senior Wealth Enablement Manager to drive frictionless service delivery across Wealth Management by partnering with advisors and client service staff. The role requires designing a training program from scratch, presenting to senior leadership, and leading AI adoption initiatives.

The position emphasizes curriculum design, change management, and stakeholder advocacy, with a focus on scalable AI-driven improvements across WM workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or a related field; MBA, financial licenses, or relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a strategic learning curriculum for WM advisors and CS staff, including training materials, online resources, use‑case playbooks, and AI prompt guides.
• Translate complex platform enhancements, new products, and technology changes into clear, role‑specific learning experiences that drive adoption.
• Own all WM‑facing training communications, MercerNet content, and webinar programs; track adoption and proficiency metrics and iterate curriculum based on outcomes data.
• Design onboarding and ongoing learning for Advisor and CS new hires, acquisition employees, and employees new to firm, using multiple formats.
