Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a talent and workforce consultant who can lead workforce transformation efforts across talent functions. You will design AI-enabled workforce solutions that evolve how work gets done, how skills are built, and how people and technology create value together.

You will apply human-centered design, data-driven decision making, and hands-on execution to shape strategy, workforce planning, and talent intelligence for clients, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for an AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, mobility, career development, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and emerging technologies into workforce and operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Design and implement skills architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights.
