Accenture is seeking a Talent Reinvention Partner in the United States to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives for clients, with focus on talent strategy, skills data, and workforce planning. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
Minimum of 6 months of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies that help clients redesign work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
Design innovative workforce and talent solutions that enable organizations to evolve with AI across hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, career development, and retention.
Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce, talent, and operating model solutions.
Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives, leveraging workforce intelligence, labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics to inform business and talent decisions.
Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models to accelerate workforce analysis, workforce scenario modeling, talent strategy development, skills assessments, organizational design, and executive-level recommendations.
