Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talented talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformations for our clients in the United States. You will design strategies spanning hiring, learning, and internal mobility, using Generative AI, LLMs, and Talent Intelligence platforms to steer workforce decisions and adapt to rapid digital changes.

You will collaborate across Talent Strategy, Planning, and Development teams, leveraging data-driven insights to craft future-ready workforce models,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Minimum of 6 months helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
• Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to AI, automation, and emerging tech in work models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using talent analytics and labor market insights.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to accelerate workforce analysis and recommendations.
• Design skills architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Utilize Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and strategies.
• Shape workforce readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption.
• Create dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI and culture.
• Drive change initiatives to sustain workforce innovations.
• Support business development with thought leadership and client relationships.
• Lead internal market research on workforce trends and AI innovation.
