Accenture is seeking a skilled Manager to design and lead workforce reinvention initiatives, guiding client teams through AI-enabled transformation and change management. You’ll leverage data analytics to shape end-to-end programs across Digital, Cloud, and enterprise functions, coordinating with partners to implement future-ready operating models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across integrated Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices.
• 3+ years of consulting experience designing workforce or change solutions.
• 1+ year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• 1+ year experience serving utilities clients or related regulatory/finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to shape experience-led Workforce Reinvention programs across Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions.
• Lead project teams to assess AI and automation impact on roles and identify transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future role implications for enterprise and workforce.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI and automation to reshape work.
• Identify how roles must evolve and which tasks should shift to machines; justify human capabilities to build.
