Capgemini Invent in Dallas seeks a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate, design new business models, and drive AI-enabled organizational change. You’ll work across strategy, technology, data, and design to deliver measurable adoption, workforce transformation, and improved performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing and storytelling; comfortable presenting and facilitating.
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable in fast-moving programs.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.
• Strong collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Basic understanding of how AI-enabled tools are applied in organizational change contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans.
• Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs).
• Support training planning/content development and enablement execution.
• Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions.
• Support change network operations and governance cadences.
• Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards.
