Capgemini Invent is seeking a Strategy and Transformation consultant to help clients innovate with AI-enabled models and design future operating models. You will support change programs across leadership, culture, and technology, driving adoption and measurable impact.

The role emphasizes collaboration across business and technology teams, strong communication skills, and a curious, learning mindset to apply AI responsibly in client contexts.

Qualifications

• Strong AI literacy and understanding of AI-enabled opportunities for enterprise transformation.
• 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Experience collaborating across strategy, technology, data, and design.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans.
• Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs).
• Support training planning/content development and enablement execution.
• Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions.
• Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards.
