The role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications, with 2–5 years of experience and strong writing, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles.
• Strong writing/storytelling; comfortable presenting and facilitating.
• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable in fast-moving programs.
• Familiarity with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.
• Strong collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Basic understanding of AI-enabled tools in organizational change contexts.

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and change plans
• Develop communications and engagement materials (toolkits, messaging, FAQs)
• Support training planning/content development and enablement execution
• Track adoption metrics and feedback; synthesize insights into actions
• Support change network operations and governance cadences
• Produce executive-ready change updates and dashboards
