Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Specialized Salesforce Business Analyst for a 6-12+ month contract in Saint Louis, MO. The role is hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and focuses on leading enterprise Salesforce transformation efforts with AI-enabled workflows.

You will gather requirements, translate them into functional specs and Agile user stories, validate processes and data governance, and collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and business leaders throughout the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis bridging business and engineering teams.
• Deep functional experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Proven track record leading stakeholder meetings and driving complex discussions.
• Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and functional specs in Agile environments.
• Ability to learn new business domains quickly and support validation and testing.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and senior stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders for Salesforce transformation and AI initiatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and Agile user stories.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and enterprise leaders throughout the SDLC.
• Validate processes and data governance to ensure accurate, trustworthy AI outputs.
• Support rollout of Salesforce initiatives alongside AI-powered workflows and headless architecture.
• Coordinate testing, document defects, and verify system functionality against business objectives.
