Dominion Financial Services (DFS) seeks a detail-oriented Construction Draw Analyst to evaluate underwriting reports, analyze real estate deals and construction draws, and ensure accuracy across multiple active projects nationwide.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with property data platforms, and the ability to manage many projects with a focus on risk assessment and cost control. AI tools are integrated into daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel proficiency and data-driven evaluation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and budgets.
• Experience estimating materials, labor, and total project costs.
• Experience analyzing multiple projects and draws concurrently.
• Knowledge of building permits, codes, and municipal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate underwriting reports using real estate data platforms.
• Draft property evaluations for up to 140 loans per month with tight turnaround.
• Analyze 5–8 real estate deals and 10–20 construction draws per week.
• Review inspection reports and draw requests for accuracy and consistency.
• Track project progress, reserves, and funding timelines.
