Job summary

Citi London is seeking a Senior Vice President, Product Manager — Technical & AI-Enabled for Investor Services. You will own the product vision for AI-enabled capabilities, work with Java/React/Python stacks, and partner with Engineering and senior leadership across a global organization.

Bring strong product management experience in financial services, technical literacy, and an ability to influence cross-functional teams while managing complex programs and change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management within Financial Services.
• Technical literacy to read/write code in at least one language.
• Understanding of AI/ML and LLM landscape for enterprise use.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise and communicate the product roadmap with engineering and leadership.
• Lead end-to-end programs from inception through migration and adoption.
• Establish OKRs and track client adoption and delivery effectiveness.
• Identify where AI and agentic automation transform Investor Services workflows.
