Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in product leadership and strategy.
• Accomplished change leader in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for transforming consumer banking with digital products.
• Managerial experience across large, cross-functional teams.
• Experience driving strategy and execution in retail banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap for AI-powered customer experiences.
• Translate customer needs and business priorities into products and experiences.
• Own investment priorities and business outcomes for AI-driven experiences.
• Define personalization, recommendations, and conversational AI strategies.
• Partner with leaders across business, technology, data, design, and operations.
• Drive alignment and execution across organizations in a complex environment.
• Lead customer journey innovation across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and servicing.
• Establish success metrics and governance for responsible AI deployment.
