Citi London is seeking a Technical Product Manager within the Investor Services division to own the product vision and roadmap for strategic platform initiatives, including Citi Velocity today and Citi Direct in the future. You will work closely with engineering, define OKRs, manage stakeholders, prototype with code, and contribute to AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining architectural discipline.

• Significant product management experience in Investor Services or financial services.
• Ability to read and write code in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and data models.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML and LLM landscape.
• Experience leading data migration, platform modernization, or digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product roadmaps for strategic changes with engineering and senior leadership.
• Own end-to-end programs from inception to client adoption, including architecture and data migration.
• Set and track OKRs; drive adoption and improvement through feedback loops.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities and drive them from concept to production.
