Job summary

EY is seeking a Product Manager with strong technical fluency to guide product strategy and execution across engineering teams. You will own the end-to-end roadmap—from discovery to delivery and adoption—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

The role emphasizes market-driven roadmaps, AI-enabled product development, and close collaboration with engineering, architecture, and design to define specs, data flows, and architecture considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 6-8+ years of product management experience with a track record of launches.
• Experience in AI solutions or technology-driven products preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, system design, and modern tech stacks (APIs, cloud, data pipelines).
• Foundational AI knowledge and experience building AI-enabled products.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap with stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog; translate requirements into epics, user stories, and specs.
• Collaborate with engineers on APIs, integrations, data flows, and scalability.
• Validate concepts via user feedback and testing.
• Prioritize features based on client value and feasibility.
• Work with engineering, design, and architecture to ensure delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on go-to-market and adoption strategies.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly across levels.
