Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a senior consultant to drive AI-enabled transformation through process diagnostics and automated improvements. You will lead discovery, mining, and governance efforts, building value-driven roadmaps and engaging senior stakeholders across strategy, tech, data, and design.

You will apply advanced tools like UiPath, Celonis and Signavio while mentoring junior teammates and ensuring responsible AI practices throughout client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in process transformation or related consulting.
• Hands-on experience with process mining/automation tools and methods.
• Strong advisory skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with TOM, controls, or governance is a plus.
• Proficiency in process mining/automation tools (UiPath, Celonis, Signavio).
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; executive-ready communication is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead process diagnostics and automation workstreams with credible value cases.
• Oversee process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client streams.
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change.
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate workshops and present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled improvements; coach juniors.
