Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy operations, shipping, fulfillment, or a regulated production environment.
- Experience with pharmacy systems, shipping platforms, or inventory management tools is preferred (from the job description).
- Familiarity with 503A/503B environments, GMP practices, or healthcare operations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Shipping Operations: Prepare and stage prescriptions for shipment using standardized workflows and AI-enabled verification to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Package Assembly: Assemble shipping containers with medications, documentation, and temperature controls following AI-supported checklists.
- Dispatch Execution: Execute shipment release and handoff with accurate labeling and carrier coordination.
- Regulatory Adherence: Follow 503A/503B shipping regulations and internal SOPs with AI-assisted validation.
- Audit Support: Maintain shipment records and traceability for audits and inspections.
