Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is seeking an Order Processing & Fulfillment Technician to leverage AI in speeding and scaling pharmaceutical operations within a strict 503A/503B regulatory framework. You will ensure accurate order entry, dispensing, verification, and compliant fulfillment while collaborating with QA and production teams.

The role emphasizes strategic use of AI for inventory, process improvements, and regulatory adherence to protect patient care and product quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in pharmacy operations, order fulfillment, or inventory management.
• High school diploma required; Associate degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter, review, and process customer orders accurately in applicable systems.
• Dispense and fill pharmaceutical products according to procedures and regulatory standards.
• Perform verification steps to confirm correct product, quantity, strength, lot, and expiration.
• Monitor inventory levels using AI tools to predict needs and prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and production to resolve discrepancies and ensure specifications.
