Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences, focusing on Data and AI transformation within Supply Chain & Engineering. The role blends manufacturing, quality and supply chain with AI-driven changes, delivering AI-enabled transformations for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical technology clients globally.

Travel up to 75% is required. Responsibilities include applying AI tools, designing future-state processes, and contributing to practice

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization and Gen AI tools for content generation and UI.
Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years overall if needed).

Responsibilities

Analyze client’s current state by assessing processes, technology tools and organizational structure for transformation to a data and AI-driven future state.
Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
Apply AX Design principles to specify AI integration and handoffs between AI agents and humans.
