Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences. You will analyze current-state operations, design future-state AI-enabled processes, and support delivery of digital and platform solutions across manufacturing, quality and supply chain.

You will apply AX Design principles to specify AI agent interactions, collaborate with clients to deploy AI-driven improvements, and mentor junior consultants in AI and supply chain transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization and Gen AI tools for content generation as well as low-fi UI.
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of consulting or industry experience in Life Sciences or related domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current state by assessing processes, tools, and org structures to drive data- and AI-driven transformation.
• Design future-state processes with AI integration points and workforce adoption approaches.
• Deliver digital and platform solutions across operations with AI-enabled insights.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments leveraging AI-based organizational analysis.
• Apply domain knowledge to review reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring on AI and supply chain topics.
• Define AX Design principles for AI agent behavior and handoffs in processes.
