Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Consultant for Manufacturing and Operations transformation in Life Sciences, focusing on data and AI. You will deliver AI-enabled transformations across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, partnering with global clients to redefine processes and capabilities.

You will analyze current state, design future-state processes, develop data-driven frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize measurable value while applying AX Design principles to AI

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence or management consulting.
Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics and Gen AI tools for content generation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Experience delivering project work in a consulting environment or in a related industry domain.

Responsibilities

Analyze client’s current state and transform to a data- and AI-driven future state.
Design future-state process specifications with AI integration points and operating-model changes.
Deliver AI-enabled transformations across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Develop AI-driven data frameworks and visualization tools for decision support.
Apply AX Design principles to AI integration designs and agent behaviors.
