Job summary

Amazon's Litigation & Regulatory Operations team in Seattle seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to manage complex antitrust matters and regulatory investigations. You will help design AI-driven workflows using Amazon Kiro and Amazon Quick to automate processes and enhance data analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal program management experience.
• Experience with antitrust, regulatory matters, or litigation.
• Familiarity with AI in legal contexts and data privacy considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding and data analysis to understand case issues.
• Draft legal holds and manage data from multiple sources.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and eDiscovery vendors on data requests and productions.
• Organize case materials using internal databases and AI-assisted tools.
• Support lifecycle of litigation from discovery to hearing preparation.
• Represent Amazon in Small Claims court, virtually and in-person when needed.
