Reddit, Inc. is seeking a highly organized litigation paralegal to join its Legal team in a hybrid role. You will lead matter support for Employment, IP, and General Litigation, manage discovery and preservation, and scale processes with intelligent use of AI and legal tech.

The role requires 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, strong e-discovery familiarity (Google Suite, Slack, DISCO), and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation teams.
• Strong command of litigation operations: intake, tracking, calendaring, doc mgmt, outside counsel coordination, preservation, e-discovery.
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools; preference for Google Suite, Slack, and DISCO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead paralegal supporting Reddit's employment, IP, and general litigation dockets.
• Own core case support workflows: intake, trackers, calendaring, document management, deadlines, closeout.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on filings, discovery, production, and day-to-day matter admin.
• Manage Reddit's legal hold and preservation process across systems.
• Lead and assist with e-discovery matters, data collections, review workflows, and AI-enabled tools.
• Improve and scale processes, playbooks, metrics, and workflows with AI and legal tech.
• Evaluate, pilot, and implement legal tech and AI tools for better jurisprudence support.
• Track and automate project and team metrics.
