Job summary

Perplexity AI is seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support a fast-moving, high-stakes docket with a focus on eDiscovery and related processes. You will partner with outside counsel, eDiscovery vendors, and internal teams to run preservation, collection, review, and production across matters, while managing budgets and timelines.

This hands-on role requires detail obsession, comfort with AI and legal-technology tools, and a track record building repeatable systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a paralegal or similar in a law firm or in-house department.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation lifecycle.
• Hands-on eDiscovery experience across EDRM.
• Experience with eDiscovery vendors and invoicing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end eDiscovery workflows across multiple matters.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for vendors; scope SOWs and track data and costs.
• Support attorneys with case management and docketing.
• Own intake for new matters and third-party requests.
• Coordinate responses to subpoenas and preservation demands.
• Help manage outside counsel relationships and billing records.
• Build and improve intake workflows and playbooks.
• Support legal operations projects and vendor evaluations.
