Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Project Manager (AI-Enabled Learning) in Dallas, TX, to support turning training modules into AI-enabled solutions within the Global Private Bank.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, SMEs, and Product/Tech teams to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, and drive adoption of new learning solutions. You will help ensure solutions improve skill development and measurable adoption, reporting to the Global Head of Strategy Insights & AI Enablement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting delivery of cross-functional projects including enablement, learning, product, operations, or tech programs.
• Strong organizational skills with planning, tracking, documentation, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with content owners, SMEs, and Product/Technology to convert training modules into AI-enabled solutions.
• Support day-to-day delivery across multiple initiatives, coordinating timelines and handoffs.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, and flag risks early.
