Job summary

Qualifications

• Baseline knowledge in a relevant domain area, project management, or equivalent expertise.
• Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Emerging level knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Understanding of basic analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Partners with product manager to learn techniques to elicit, specify, discover, and document customer requirements.
• Tracks and reports out on key performance indicators and product metrics set by leadership.
• Supports product team in analysis of customer needs and market opportunities.
• Assist in research and data collection.
