Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate – AI Solutions Enablement within the CAO Chief Data and Analytics Office.

You will lead enablement and PMO for the AI Solutions portfolio, directing select high-priority AI initiatives and ensuring disciplined execution, transparency, and cross-functional coordination. The role emphasizes governance, planning, and communication, partnering with product, technology, data science, and risk teams to drive operating rigor and executive-level

Qualifications

5+ years in consulting, strategy, product management, PMO, or related ops roles.
Proven record of high achievement professionally, academically, or personally.
Strong organizational and execution skills for multi-workstream initiatives.
Executive-ready written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day portfolio activities for CAO AI solutions, including intake, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting.
Enable delivery progress with data science teams, tracking milestones and flagging risks.
Project-manage select AI initiatives end-to-end (requirements, roadmap, status, decisions).
Coordinate planning across AI initiatives: roadmaps, sequencing, capacity, prioritization.
Support governance for model risk, data, privacy, security, and responsible AI with Risk/Controls teams.
Maintain documentation of decisions, approvals, risks, and dependencies where needed.
