Job summary

Pinterest is seeking an IT Vendor & Asset Management professional to manage day-to-day relationships with deployment and support service partners, drive performance, and enforce SLAs. You will build KPI reporting, bring AI into workflows, and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security on contracts and compliance.

Qualifications

3+ years of IT vendor/MSP management experience.
Experience with SLA governance and vendor performance reviews.
Strong analytics and KPI reporting skills.
Experience implementing AI in workflows.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field required.

Responsibilities

Manage Pinterest IT deployment and support MSP relationships and SLAs.
Build and manage KPI reporting programs for outsourced IT services.
Bring AI into day-to-day workflows to speed reporting.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security on contracts and compliance.
Support asset lifecycle and cost optimization.
Serve as backup Scrum Lead and grow into the role.
