Job summary

PagerDuty Procurement Manager is a strategic partner to Product Management, Engineering, and GTM teams. You will drive vendor strategy, executive alignment, and multi-year renewals in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will leverage AI and automation to accelerate P2P, CLM, and contract workflows while negotiating favorable terms across global SaaS and infrastructure suppliers. This role emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Security, and Finance, with hybrid work from the Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management, especially for Software, SaaS and Technology.
• 2+ years of Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract experience.
• 2+ years of price/contract negotiations for Software contracts (SaaS).
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, or IT stakeholders in a tech environment.
• Proven ability to partner with Legal, Security, Finance on contracts and risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted strategic partner to executives, aligning procurement with roadmaps and business goals.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, supplier intelligence, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
• Design long-term vendor strategies and multi-year renewals beyond single-year transactions.
• Lead supplier quarterly business reviews to track KPIs and drive value.
• Champion AI and automation to improve market research, contract analysis, spend analytics, and workflows.
• Negotiate terms (MSAs, DPAs, SOWs) with Legal, Security, and Finance to expedite deals.
