Pinterest is seeking a strategic IT Vendor & Asset Management professional to oversee relationships with deployment and support service partners worldwide. You will lead performance, escalation handling, and SLAs while building robust metrics to drive improvements.

Key focus areas include introducing AI tools to streamline reporting, coordinating with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security, and planning budgets for vendor-delivered services as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT vendor and asset management programs.
• Ability to define and track KPIs for outsourced IT services.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Legal, Security).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with IT deployment and support service partners; drive performance and escalation resolution.
• Build and manage a metrics and reporting program for outsourced IT services; define KPIs and conduct business reviews.
• Introduce AI into workflows to accelerate vendor reporting and improve service operations.
• Partner with IT leadership on budget planning and forecasting for vendor-delivered services.
• Identify cost-savings opportunities across hardware and vendor spend; track and report savings.
• Serve as backup Scrum Lead with growth potential into primary Scrum Lead role.
